紫外分光光度法测定洛索洛芬钠片中洛索洛芬钠的含量

Determination of the loxoprofen sodium tablets by UV spectrophotometry

目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定洛索洛芬钠片中洛索洛芬钠含量的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以水为空白对照,检测波长为223 nm,测定洛索洛芬钠的吸光度。结果:洛索洛芬钠浓度在6.384～21.280μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=6),平均回收率99.58%,RSD为0.81%。结论:该法操作快速简便,结果准确,适于洛索洛芬钠片中洛索洛芬钠含量的快速测定及质量控制。

Objective：To establish an ultraviolet spectrophtometry method for the determination of loxoprofen sodium.Methods：The water was used as solvent.The detection wavelength was set at 223 nm.The contents of loxoprofen sodium were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results：The calibration curve of loxoprofen sodium was linear when its concentration range was from 6.384 to 21.280 μg/ml（r=0.999 9,n=6）,and average recovery was 99.58%,RSD was 0.81%.Conclusion：The method is rapid and simple,the result is precis,and can be used for the quality control and rapid determination of loxoprofen sodium tablet.
