摘要
目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定洛索洛芬钠片中洛索洛芬钠含量的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以水为空白对照,检测波长为223 nm,测定洛索洛芬钠的吸光度。结果:洛索洛芬钠浓度在6.384~21.280μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=6),平均回收率99.58%,RSD为0.81%。结论:该法操作快速简便,结果准确,适于洛索洛芬钠片中洛索洛芬钠含量的快速测定及质量控制。
Objective:To establish an ultraviolet spectrophtometry method for the determination of loxoprofen sodium.Methods:The water was used as solvent.The detection wavelength was set at 223 nm.The contents of loxoprofen sodium were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results:The calibration curve of loxoprofen sodium was linear when its concentration range was from 6.384 to 21.280 μg/ml(r=0.999 9,n=6),and average recovery was 99.58%,RSD was 0.81%.Conclusion:The method is rapid and simple,the result is precis,and can be used for the quality control and rapid determination of loxoprofen sodium tablet.
