印刷线路板硫酸盐镀铜溶液抗干扰快速实验分析方法

Antijamming Shortcut Experimental Analysis for Sulfate Copper Plating Solution on Printed Circuit Board

给出了一组老化镀液中硫酸铜及硫酸的抗干扰连续测定方法,并给出了镀液中氯离子含量的简易测定方法,同时为便于分析测试人员操作,详注了初配镀液的滴定现象,并对传统分析步骤进行了修正。通过与传统方法测试结果比较表明,新方法步骤简便、快捷,消耗低,精度高,可确保绿色环保工艺顺利实施而不被氰化镀铜等污染型工艺所取代,在实际生产中取得了很好的效果,经济社会效益显著。

This paper gave a group of anti-jamming continuous titration method for copper sulfate and sulfuric acid in the aging bath,also the simple titration method for chloride ion content in the bath.At the same time,in order to facilitate the analysis test operation,a detailed annotation for titration phenomenon of the early bath was gaven,and the traditional analysis steps were modified.A comparision of the results by the new method with those by traditional method shows that the new analysis method simple,fast,and has low consumption,high accuracy,good effects in practical production.
