以大学教育中理论教学与实践教学两种典型教学方式的作用与功能的互补性为理论基础,将理论教学与实践教学有机联系在一起,突出实践教学在培养应用性人才过程中的作用,提出并在实践中践行了理论教学与实践教学一体化教学模式。阐述了实践教学环节可分为常规实践教学环节和高层次实践教学环节,高层次实践教学环节是培养高阶应用人才的主要途径的观点,并将学生根据其潜质按照就业导向因材施教,从而提高学生的应用与创新能力,保证人才培养与社会需求的紧密衔接。

The theory and practice teaching are two typical teaching patterns in which the role and function are interactive in university.Based on it,this paper put forward an integration of theory and practice teaching in the course of the talent education that highlights the effect of practice teaching on applied talents.The link of practice teaching comprises two levels that are low and high,namely,they are the common and innovation practice teaching.The high level applied talents who are taught in accordance of their aptitude are cultivated based on job-oriented by innovation practice teaching,which will enhance the ability of practice and innovation.It will make talent education satisfy kinds of demands of society.
