Construction of Standardization of Teaching Process in Pharmacological Experiments at Vocational Colleges

高等医药职业教育教学改革是以就业为导向,强调对学生职业能力和实践技能的培养,培养模式改革的重点是教学过程的实践性、开放性和职业性,要重视学生校内实训与实际工作的一致性,校内成绩考核与企业实践考核相结合,探索课堂与实习地点的一体化。专业实验教学过程,必需紧跟当前医药职业人才培养教育的发展变化进行规范化建设,以保证学生职业能力的获得和专业培养目标的有效落实。

The reform of higher medical vocational education is job-oriented and it puts emphasis on the training of students＇ vocational ability and practical skills.The essence of the training-mode reform is how to make the teaching process more practical,opening and vocational;to lay stress on consistence of the campus training with the actual work;to combine the campus performance with the enterprise performance;to explore the connection of classroom and practice workshop.By following the developing of training current medical and professional personnel,the teaching process of professional experiments must conduct activities of standardization to ensure that students can obtain vocational ability and carry out professional training.
