摘要
国外钳夹车大底架多采用双向曲梁型式。针对380t钳夹车大底架是采用双向曲梁型式或是单向曲梁型式,本文提出了1:2模型模拟试验方法,设计制造了模型和加载装置,测试了大底架在基本载荷和破坏载荷作用下的强度和刚度。分析研究模拟试验结果,认为可以选用单向曲梁方案,有助于钳夹车的轻量化。
The big chassis of schnabel car at abroad alaways adopts two - way crooked beam. According to two - way crooked beam and one ?way straight beam of D38 type schnabel car the method of simulation test 1: 2 is set up. two models ond loading eqnipment are designed ond produced, the strength and rigidity of the big chassis on basis loads and one- way straight beam is optimum. It helps light design of Schnabel car.
