Evolution of the Theory of Land Use

如何科学利用土地资源,一直为古今学者所关注。目前,已有两大理论,一是集约利用理论,二是可持续利用理论。这两种理论都有缺陷,取而代之的应是土地绿色利用理论。

How to use land resources scientifically has been of concern to ancient and modern scholars.Currently,there are two theories：one is the theory of intensive use,and the other is the theory of sustainable use.However,both theories have flaws.We propose that they should be replaced by green land use theory.
