小波理论及其在交通事件检测中的应用

Wavelet Theory and Its Application in Traffic Incident Detection

简介小波变换的基本原理，给出 Ｍａｌｌａｔ 塔式算法的公式。采用小波变换的方法进行交通事件检测， 并给出了利用小波变换进行交通事件检测方法的程序流程图。利用实际数据进行了分析，分析结果表明小波分析用于交通流数据分析有其优越之处。

In this paper,the wavelet transform theory and the Mallat pyramid algorithm firstly are introduced.The method of traffic incident detection based on wavelet analysis is proposed.Then the flow chart for traffic incident detection using wavelet transform and an example with real traffic data are given.The result shows that the traffic incident detection using wavelet transform has the advantage.
