摘要
通过电化学阻抗谱和极化曲线方法,在酸性腐蚀环境下,研究了巯基三氮唑在铁表面的腐蚀行为,研究结果表明:在铁/硫酸体系中,随着AAMT浓度的增加,缓释率逐渐增加,EIS和Tafel极化曲线测试结果基本一致。探讨了AAMT的缓释作用机理,AAMT属于对阴、阳极作用都有抑制的混合型缓蚀剂,主要是通过几何覆盖效应起缓释作用,为三氮唑类化合物的开发应用提供了理论和实验依据。
It was used the polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy to study the corrosion behavior of AAMT in acid corrosion enviroment.The result showed that the inhibition efficiency was improved gradually with the concentration of AAMT increased.The polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were in good agreement.The inhibition mechanism of AAMT was discussed.It was found that AAMT can inhibit the cathode and anode.It was the mixed type inhibitor.The inhibition mechanism was geometric blocking effect.The results provided theoretical and experimental guidance for the indurstry development of triazole compounds.
