连续催化氧化法制2,3,5-三甲基苯醌的可行性研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了以氯化铜和氯化镁作催化剂,采用连续的催化氧化工艺将2,3,6-三甲基苯酚氧化得到2,3,5-三甲基苯醌。该工艺经过优化后,摩尔收率可稳定在90%以上,产品纯度大于98.5%。从经济、安全和环保三个角度,本文对该工业化应用前景进行了探索,总结出一条适用于大规模生产的工艺路线。 With CuCl2/MgCl2 as catalyst system,2,3,6-trimethylphenol was oxidized by oxygen to afford 2,3,5-trimethylbenzoquinone.This process was optimized to give a high yield(90.0%) and purity(98.5%).Furthermore,a large-scale process was given from the aspect of economy,safety and environmental protection.
