摘要
酚醛树脂废水经过延时缩合前处理后,再经水解酸化,CODCr去除率>50%,废水的BOD5/CODCr由0.3提高到0.5,再经好氧生物工艺后,CODCr去除率>85%。实践研究表明,经过培养驯化,水解酸化好氧生物工艺能够较好的处理毒性较大的酚醛树脂废水,且能长期稳定运行。
After a delay of condensation of phenolic resin wastewater pre-treatment,and then by hydrolysis acidification,CODCr removal efficiency50% of the wastewater BOD5/CODCr from 0.3 to 0.5,and then aerobic biological process,CODCr removal efficiency85%.Practice showed that after acclimation,aerobic biological process hydrolysis can better deal with toxic waste phenolic resins,and can long-termstable operation.
