摘要
主要介绍了变压吸附技术在氯乙烯精馏尾气治理上的应用。采用这种新工艺能使精馏尾气中VC、C2H2回收率大于99.99%,尾气净化后的排放气中VC含量小于36 mg/m3,C2H2含量小于150 mg/m3。实际运行效果表明该工艺运行稳定、操作简便,采用PLC系统自动控制,安全性能好等特点。对于年产30万t PVC的装置,每年可节省标准煤1.60万t,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
Application of pressure swing adsorption process in treating tail gas of vinyl chloride was introduced.The recovery rate of vinyl chloride and acetylene was above 99.99% by this new process.Vinly chloride content intail gas was less than 36 mg/m3,and acetylene content was less than 150 mg/m3 after purification of tail gas.In fact,the former was stable and simple operation,and PLC control system was automatic.It could save 1.60 million tons standard coal,if using pressure swing adsorption process for 30 million tons polyvinyl chloride a year.And the economic profits and social benefits were obvious.
