炉管表面除垢剂在常减压蒸馏装置中的应用

Application of foul removing agent on furnace tube surface in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit

改造后的中国石化广州分公司蒸馏装置存在加热炉炉管表面积灰、结垢严重的问题,为此使用炉管表面除垢剂对加热炉辐射段炉管进行在线清灰处理。结果表明,采用除垢剂后,加热炉的炉膛温度降幅达到70～110℃,2台常压加热炉负荷共提高60～86 t/h,装置处理量增加1 400～2 100 t/d。

There was serious problem of ash depositing and fouling on the surface of furnace tubes in the revamped distillation unit of Guangzhou Company.Therefore,the foul removing agent was used to clean the ash and foul on the tube surface in radiation section.The results showed that the furnace temperature decreased by 70-110℃,the capacity loading of two atmospheric furnaces increased by 60-86t/h all together,and the unit treatment capacity increased by 1400-2100t/d.
