摘要
结合上海海运学院重点实验室科研项目SMSC- 2000 型轮机模拟器的研制工作,对轮机模拟器的仿真对象第三代集装箱船的HITACHIB - MAN-B& W6L80MC主机的热工参数进行仿真计算,利用“容积法”建立主机标定工况模型。在已完成的主机标定工况模型的基础上,运用计算机进行仿真编程。经过对输出参数、输出曲线的计算和比较,符合实船标定工况运行参数。在SMSC- 2000轮机模拟器测试和验收过程中,该模型工作稳定,仿真效果好,具有很强的实操性。
This paper combines the researching and developing in the SMSC-2000 type Marine Engine Room Simulator(MERS)of Shanghai Maritime University. A third-generation container ship of 2700TEU is selected as the simulated object and the type of the main engine of the simulated ship is HITACHI-MAN-B&W 6L80MC. This paper introduces the studies and realizations of main engine modeling and fault simulation under steady condition of the MERS. With the “Filling-Emptying' algorithm,this paper buids the main engine working model under rated condition,due to the 6L80MC main engine structure parameters.
