摘要
在当前国家大力提倡科技创新的背景下,加强本科生科技创新实践能力的培养对于提高工科高等教育质量具有重要的意义。针对目前工科本科生的特点,借鉴北京科技大学的"大实践"特色模式和培养创新型人才的教学培养模式,我们结合过程装备与控制专业特点与特色,以及近年来指导本科生科技创新实践的经验与体会,提出了基于"大实践"的本科生创新实践能力的教学理念,探索了培养模式和相应的导师指导方法。
With the background of technical innovation being strongly advocated in our country,to enhance the training of undergraduate's innovative and practical abilities is significant on improving the quality of engineering education.According to the characteristics of engineering undergraduates,the author drew lessons from a unique innovative talent training mode called "Extensive Practice" from University of Science and Technology Beijing(USTB).By combining it with the specialized characteristics of process equipment and control engineering and the author's experience,a teaching theory and training mode based on "Extensive Practice" has been put forward and this theory is applied to the training of undergraduates' innovative and practical abilities.
