摘要
应用型、创新性顺应了社会发展对人才的要求,也是现代社会对人才需求的重要指标。本文以广东石油化工学院过程装备与控制工程专业为例,在分析了创新型人才内涵的基础上,提出了本专业培养应用型创新人才的基本要求,探讨了构建应用型创新人才培养模式的途径和方式,并对实施的初步效果进行了分析。
The applied and innovative talents are required in current society.This paper takes Process Equipment and Controlling Engineering of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology as example,based on the analysis of the meaning of innovative talents,raising the basic requirement of the applied and innovative talents. It mainly discusses how to structure the cultivation mode of the applied and innovative talents.Finally,the preliminary implemented effect of the mode is analyzed.
