This essay explores and analyzes the school to promote children＇s soul growth from the ideas and ways of diary education in primary following aspects： concerning and facilitating children＇s soul growth as the core, children＇s diary and related activities as the platform; all the students as the subjects of study. As a result, such ultimate goals can be fulfilled as establishment of school image through diary, direction of teacher-student＇s development, heightening school tastes, forming definite schooling characteristics, etc.
