本文探讨了实行计划生育村民自治的有关问题，认为，把握实行自治的现实基础和条件，建立自治的组织休系，落实实行自治应有的措施，是推自治必须注意抓好的环节。

The article probed into some problems concerning FP-autonomy by villagers, holding that setting up organizational system and taking related measures of carrying out autonomy according to the realistic conditions are the key links which must be paid special attentions to and grasped to practise autonomy.
