Making a Comment on the Root Cause of Negative Factors in the Field of Morality and Its Countermeasures

本文描述了生育文化研究中的三方面主要内容：关于社会－文化对生育率影响的纯理论解释，人口人类学解释以及家庭－家族文经方面的解释，对之进行了分析、讨论并提出 今后应重视关于生育行为的内在结构和影响生育扣间变量的研究。

In the author's opinion, great successes have been achieved in the field of strengthening morality, but some negative factors still exist today. The author tried to find the root cause from such respects as transformation from the old to new system, the unblance between morality and social development etc, putting forward several countermeasures as follows:accelerating the set up and perfecting the law system, strengthening the build-up of ideology and morality of the Party and government's leading people.
