摘要
分析了莱钢140t铁水罐实际使用状况、存在问题和制约铁水罐内衬使用寿命的因素,改进铁水罐内衬耐火材料材质和砖型,提高了内衬的使用寿命,取得了较好的效果。
For 140t hot metal ladle in Laigang,practical operating situations,existing problems and factors restricting working life of liner of hot metal ladle were analyzed,and the working life of liner was increased and better results were achieved by improving material and brick shape of refractories in liner.
