摘要
通过原位拉伸实验研究了2205双相不锈钢动态变形过程中奥氏体相和铁素体相的协调变形情况,发现:铁素体相首先发生变形,应变在奥氏体和铁素体两相中分配明显不均,组织的不均匀分布加剧了这种不均匀性。提出通过增加铁素体相的连续性,细化组织中的奥氏体岛并使其均匀分布可以有效提高该钢种的塑性。
The compatible deformation conditions of the austenite and the ferrite in 2205 duplex stainless steel during dynamic deformation had been investigated by in-situ tensile test,it was found that,the ferrite first became deformed,uniform distribution of deformation in two phases was obvious,and microstructure's uniform distribution intensified this kind of inhomogeneity.It was proposed that the plasticity of tested steel could be enhanced effectively through increasing the ferrite's continuity and refining and homogenizing austenite islands in microstructure.
