林农林业投资行为影响因素分析及政策启示——以景谷县197户林农为例

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Farmers on Forest Investment and Policy Implications——Taking the Jinggu's 197 farmers for example

以云南省景谷县197户林农融资调查问卷为样本,采用二元Logistic方法分析林农林业投资的影响因素,研究表明,林农林业投资的影响因素主要包括林地林木特征变量和林农林改政策认知变量,其中,林地质量、林改政策宣传是否到位、是否编制林业经营方案、林业生产经营缺钱是否经常发生等因素对林农林业投资影响显著为正,林地离家距离和林地是否缴纳承包使用费对林农林业投资影响分别显著为负;在此基础上,分别从林农、金融机构和林业行政部门的视角提出了政策建议。

By inquiring into 197 farmers of Jinggu county,and by Binary Logistic regression model analyzed the influencing factors of forest investment.The results shows that：the influencing factors includes the farmers＇cognitive variables to reform policy and forest trees feature variables,among them,land quality、whether the reform policy propaganda、whether to prepare forest management plan、whether forestry production and operation is often lack of money etc factors have significant positive influence,the distance from land to the house and whether the land contracting fee pay have significant negative influence;on this basis,provides countermeasures and suggestions form the perspective of the farmers、the financial institutions and the forestry administrative departments.
