慢性高原肺动脉高压大鼠重返平原后肺动脉压力变化 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察慢性高原肺动脉高压大鼠重返平原后肺动脉压力及右室肥厚指标参数变化情况。方法采用随机数字表法将雄性Wistar大鼠分为低压低氧10、20、30 d组,重返平原10、20、30、90 d组,对照组。低压低氧组及重返平原组大鼠全部置于模拟海拔5000 m低压低氧舱,每天22 h,持续30 d,对照组大鼠在平原环境饲养。应用西门子6002有创血压监护系统,测定平均肺动脉压(MPAP)及右心室重/左心室+室间隔重(RV/LV+S)比值。结果①MPAP,低压低氧20d、30 d组MPAP[(25.80±5.14、28.45±3.0)mmHg]均明显高于对照组和低压低氧10 d组[(18.60±2.80、9.06±0.68)mmHg],P均<0.01;与重返平原10 d组MPAP[(27.83±2.74)mm-Hg]比较,重返平原20、30、90 d组MPAP[(23.36±2.16、22.85±2.23、20.53±3.61)mmHg]明显降低,P均<0.01;重返平原20、30、90 d组MPAP明显低于低压低氧30 d组,P均<0.05;②RV/LV+S,低压低氧20 d、30 d组RV/LV+S(0.52±0.07、0.52±0.11)均明显高于对照组和低压低氧10 d组(0.34±0.04、0.39±0.04),P均<0.01;与重返平原10 d组(0.40±0.09)比较,重返平原20、30、90 d组RV/LV+S(0.36±0.05、0.35±0.03、0.34±0.04)较低,P均<0.01;重返平原10d组RV/LV+S高于对照组,P<0.01;重返平原10、20、30、90d组RV/LV+S均明显低于低压低氧30 d组,P均<0.05,但与对照组比较无统计学意义。结论慢性高原肺动脉高压大鼠重返平原90 d组MPAP和RV/LV+S已基本恢复到平原对照组水平。 Objective To observe pulmonary artery pressure and right ventricular hypertrophy index changes in chronic high altitude pulmonary hypertension rat after return to the sea level.Methods Take the male Wister rats using random number table method divided into low-pressure low oxygen 10,20,30d group,return to plain 10,20,30,90d group and control group.Taking the low-pressure low oxygen group and return to plain group rats in simulating altitude 5000m low-pressure low-oxygen cabin,22h/d,lasted for 30d.Control group rats at plain raising.Every group rats are used the Siemens 6002 blood pressure monitor system to measure mean pulmonary artery pressure and weight right ventricular weight/left ventricular + septum weighs.Results ①MPAP: Low-pressure low oxygen 20,30d group MPAP(25.80±5.14,28.45±3.0) mmHg were significantly higher than the control group((18.60±2.80) mmHg and 10d group(19.06±0.68) mmHg,P〈0.01;Compare with return to plain10d group MPAP(27.83±2.74),return to plain 20,30,90d group MPAP(23.36±2.16,22.85±2.23,20.53±3.61)mmHg were significantly lower,P〈0.01;Return plain 20,30,90d group MPAP were significantly lower than the low-pressure low oxygen 30d group,P〈0.05.② RV/LV+S :Low-pressure low oxygen 20,30d group RV/LV+S(0.52±0.07,0.52±0.11) were significantly higher than control group(0.34±0.04)and low-pressure low oxygen 10d group(0.39±0.04),P〈 0.01.Compare with return to plain 10d group RV/LV+S(0.40±0.09),return to plain 20,30,90d group(0.36±0.05,0.35±0.03,0.34±0.04)were lower,P 〈0.01;Return to plain 10d group RV/LV+S higher than control group,P〈0.01;Return to plain10,20,30,90d group RV/LV+S were significantly lower than the low-pressure low oxygen 30d group,P〈0.05,but compared with control group was not statistically significant.Conclusion After return to plain 90d,chronic high altitude pulmonary hypertension MPAP and RV/LV+S ratio in rats are close to the control group.
