生产型企业如何搞好技术创新工作

How to do Good Technical Innovation in Productive Enterprises

生产型企业作为国家创新主体之一,迫切需要提高技术创新质量、速度和效率。但创新资源的不足,创新环境的不和谐,创新方法陈旧及创新体制、机制中存在问题等,制约了生产型企业的技术创新工作和知识产权成果的产出。该文作者结合自身工作经历,对生产型企业技术创新活动中存在的问题进行了初步探讨。提出了九个方面的问题及采取的相关措施,有较强的针对性,能够帮助生产型企业搞好技术创新工作。

As one of national innovation systems, productive enterprises need improving the quality, speed, and efficiency of technology innovation. But the inadequate innovation resources, disharmony of innovation environment, old research methods and some problems of innovation system restrict the output of technology innovation. According to his own experience, the author discusses these problems in technology innovation and presents nine problems and some measures, which can used for reference and help productive enterprises do a good job.
