摘要
介绍8.25-20 16PR横向花纹载重斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径963 mm,轮胎断面宽207mm,行驶面宽度164 mm,行驶面弧度高12.5 mm,胎圈着合直径513 mm,胎面着合宽度160 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.875,花纹深度14 mm,花纹周节数50,花纹饱和度78.78%,采用横向花纹设计。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体分别采用6层1870dtex/2V1和2层1870dtex/2V2锦纶66浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶66浸胶帘布,采用自动压辊包边成型机成型,B型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,速度性能符合企业标准要求。
A design of 8.25-20 16PR transverse pattern bias truck tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 963 mm,cross sectional width 207 mm,width of running surface 164 mm,height of running surface 12.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 513 mm,bead width at rim seat 160 mm,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 0.875,pattern depth 14 mm,pattern circular pitch 50,block/groove ratio 78.78%,with the design of transverse pattern block.In construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and four-piece extruded tread,6 layers 1870dtex/2V1 and 2 layers 1870dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 66 cord for carcass ply,2 layers 930dtex/2V3 dipped nylon 66 cord for breaker ply;using press roll and building machine to build tires,and using B-type shaping curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated overall dimension,strength property and endurance property met the requirements of relative design and national standard,and the speed performance met the requirement of enterprise standard.
