摘要
设计了一种用于催化不对称转移氢化反应的新型手性Bronsted酸,以(1S,2S)-二苯基乙二胺为起始原料,经过三步反应合成了目标产物5,并对其结构用NMR,HRMS进行了表征.该法具有合成路线短、处理简单、产率较好等特点.
A novel chiral Bronsted acid aiming at catalyzing asymmetric transfer hydrogenation reaction was designed,and the desired product 5 has been prepared via a three-step synthesis,using(1S,2S)-1,2-diphenylethane-1,2-diamine as chiral starting material.The structure of product 5 was characterized by 1H NMR,31P NMR and HRMS.This method has the advantage of short synthetic route,simple processing and good yield.
