阐述了低碳经济的发展历程,通过美国、欧洲联盟等国应对气候变化、发展低碳经济的案例,介绍了国外低碳经济的发展手段,提出了我国发展低碳经济的建议。

In this paper,the authors expounded development history of low-carbon.Through analyzing cases of responding climate change and developing low-carbon economy in America and European Union,the authors introduced methods of developing low-carbon economy in the abroad,and put forward suggestions of developing low-carbon economy in China.
