浅析中小企业引入风险投资的若干途径

Brief Discussion on Paths of Introducing Risk Investment for Small-and-medium-sized Enterprises

目前我国中小企业的发展还面临许多难题,而风险投资的运作方式与中小企业的发展特点"相得益彰",能够有效促进中小企业的发展。结合太原市的情况分析了我国中小企业引入风险投资的困境,并提出了主要途径,对解决中小企业融资难的问题有一定的借鉴意义。

Chinese small-and-medium-sized enterprises are facing many difficult problems.Operation of risk investment brings out the best in each other,which could promote the development of small-and-medium-sized enterprises.In this paper,combining situation of Taiyuan,the author analyzed predicament of introducing risk investment,and put forward main paths,which provided reference for solving financing to small-and-medium-sized enterprises.
