摘要
以6M50-340/320氢氮气压缩机的一级鼓形活塞为例,介绍了大型往复压缩机活塞应力计算与优化改造的过程、方法和效果。经过优化改造后,该活塞的最大应力由123.0 MPa降为52.8MPa,平均使用寿命由2 647 h延长到25 168 h。
With the drum piston adopted for 6M50-340/320 syngas compressor as a case,this article discusses the optimization of drum piston for large scale reciprocating compessor based on stress calculation,compare on integrations with different optimizing schemes,including the courses and methods and the results obtained.After revamping with selected scheme,the maximum stress of the piston has been reduced from 123.0 MPa to 52.8 MPa,prolonged the average service life from 2 647 h to 25 168 h.
