摘要
对禽流感(AI)病毒的快速检测方法进行研究。利用抗体和抗原特异性结合原理,将液体电谐振仪应用于禽流感的检测,与传统的血凝抑制试验方法进行比较。试验结果表明:运用液体电谐振传感仪可对禽流感进行快速检测,与血凝抑制试验相比较,具有灵敏度高、操作简单、检测速度快等优点。
This paper focused on the methods of rapid detection of avian influenza virus ( AIV), with the help of the specific binding principle between antibody and antigen, applied liquor electric resonance apparatus to the detection of AIV, compared with the Hemagglutination inhibition test (HI). The preliminary results showed that the liquor electric resonance apparatus can determine quickly the AIV, and it had obvious advantage compared with HI, such as high sensitivity, easy to operate and rapidness.
