摘要
舰炮托架的轻型化是舰炮武器发展的必然要求。托架轻型化不单是要降低托架的质量,同时还要保证托架在各种复杂工况下有正常或更好的力学性能。在保持托架构型和载荷不变的条件下,采用有限元分析软件建立分析模型,分别对某型试验舰炮原托架和托架轻型化方案进行了多项力学性能分析,利用层次分析法对原托架和4种托架轻型化方案的力学性能进行了综合分析,给出了各方案优劣的量化值。分析结果表明,马氏体时效钢和钛合金材质的轻型化托架力学综合性能最优,本文的分析思路及方法对同类设计具有参考作用。
The lightweight naval gun bracket be thought of an inevitable request of the development of naval-gun weapon.Lightweight bracket is not only lower mass of the bracket,but also normal or better mechanics properties under various complicated work condition.Based on the same structure and loading,by means of finite element method software,the analytical model was built up,the mechanics properties of one trial naval gun bracket and its four lightweight bracket cases was analyzed,by means of AHP method,some mechanics properties was analyzed compositively,and the quantity value for the quality of every case was gave.The analytical result indicate that the martensitic steel and alloy titanium bracket was better in mechanics properties than the original one,this idea and method provide reference for the similar analysis.
