基于ARM7的瞄具操控台设计

摘要 针对该瞄具操控台采用CAN总线与瞄具系统中其他设备进行数据通讯,且通讯数据信息量大,实时性要求高的特点,在设计过程中采用了基于ARM7内核的32位LPC2119微控制器搭建的嵌入式系统。主要利用微控制器内建的CAN控制器以及LED数码管显示及键盘接口专用芯片BC7281,实现了CAN总线的通信和数据的显示及设定等人机数据交换功能。本系统硬件电路简单,可靠性高,便于维护。软件采用了实时操作系统作为开发平台,用多任务方式优化了系统应用软件,提高了系统的稳定性和实时性。 Aimed at some features of the collimator command control console,that is,this kind of command control console makes use of CAN bus to communicate with other equipment of the collimator system,and the magnitude of communication data information was great,the requirement of real time was high,thus,in the process of design,the embedded system based on ARM7 kernel was used,and the system adopted 32 bit LPC2119 micro-controller.The system mainly makes use of CAN controller of the built-in microchip and IC BC7281 to realize man-machine data exchange functions of the LED display,keyboard connection,CAN bus communication,display and setting.Hardware circuit of the system is simple,its reliability is high,and its maintenance is convenient.Software of the system adopted real time operating system as exploitation platform,and multitask mode was used to optimize system software.This method improves stability and real time characteristics of the system.
