摘要 针对现有炮射导弹检测设备在实际应用中存在的不足,设计了一套基于SOPC技术的炮射导弹检测系统。该系统主要分为电源组件、A/D转换组件和显示组件、FPGA控制组件、信号发生器5个部分,并运用VHDL语言开发了信号发生器模块,利用SOPC Builder完成了系统的定制。该方案具有体积小、功耗低、可靠性高、扩展性强、软硬件可升级等诸多优点,是一种新的软硬件协同设计的系统设计技术,用于实现对炮射导弹性能参数的自动化测试和故障诊断,解决部队使用与训练中存在的操作步骤多、测试参数显示单一、调试精度低等问题。 Aimed at the problems existed in the practical application of the gun-launched missile detection equipment,a set of detection system of gun-launched missile based on SOPC technology was designed.This kind of device consists of 5 parts such as voltage circuit,A/D conversion circuit,display circuit,FPGA controlled circuit and signal generator circuit.It makes use of VHDL language to develop the signal generating sensor module,and configure the system with the help of SOPC Builder.The design has many advantages of smaller volume,lower power consumption,higher reliability,stronger expansibility,good software and hardware upgrade capability and so on.It is a new kind of hardware/software co-design method in the system design,it can be used to realize the goals of automatic test,fault diagnosis and other functions.It can also solve the problems of that the operation is complicated,test parameter is simple,accuracy is low,and the problems existed in the process of force usage and training operation.
