摘要
本文通过问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,采用不同目标定向的教学训练手段对高校高水平运动员进行训练实验研究,探讨目标定向对学生运动学习绩效。结果表明:在教学训练中,更多地进行学习目标定向(掌握目标或任务卷入),不进行或少进行成绩目标定向(自我卷入),学生的学习效果要明显地优于成绩定向,且学生能体验到更多的运动愉快感,这为完善高校竞技体育的教育功能提供了理论和实践依据。
This paper used questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics and to study experimentally the performance of university high level athletes under different goal orientation teaching and training means,and to discuss the effects of goal orientation to sports studying performance.The result reveals that: more on learning goal orientation(objectives and tasks involvements),not to less score goal orientation)(Self involvement) the study results are clearly superior to those from score goal orientation.Meanwhile,the students could experience more happiness in doing sports.The result provides us with theoretical and practical base to improve the education function of competitive sports.
