Mass-spring Models Used in Jacquard Fabric

随着仿真技术在纺织行业的不断发展,人们对仿真的要求越来越高。而一般贾卡针织物的仿真都是采用直线拼接来模拟织物的弯曲结构,忽略了由于组织相互作用而产生的形变,降低了仿真效果的真实感。为了使花型设计的仿真程度得到进一步提升,本文主要分析了经编CAD中的贾卡织物仿真模块在模拟织物应力形变效果时需考虑的因素,介绍了弹簧质点模型及其用于经编贾卡织物仿真的适用性。

With the continuously development of simulating technology in textile industry,people＇s demands of simulation are higher and higher.But general simulation of Jacquard fabrics used the straight line joining to simulate the bending structure of fabric;moreover,they ignored the deformation caused by the factors of tissue interaction.Therefore,it reduced the sense of realistic of simulation.In order to promote the simulation degree of pattern design further,this paper mainly analyse the factors should be considered when the Jacquard fabric simulation module of knitting fabric CAD simulating the fabric deformation effect.And it introduced the spring-mass model and its applicability in the Jacquard fabric simulation.
