乙醇熏蒸对新鲜茎瘤芥贮藏品质的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用0.05%的乙醇熏蒸处理新鲜茎瘤芥24 h,用聚乙烯保鲜袋包装后在室温(15±2℃)条件下贮藏,每3 d取样测定分析茎瘤芥贮藏期间品质的变化。结果表明:0.05%乙醇处理的新鲜茎瘤芥在贮藏期间呼吸强度明显低于对照,其中,在贮藏第9天时最为明显,呼吸强度低于对照51.4%,并可保持较高的可溶性固形物、还原糖和可溶性蛋白含量,在贮藏的第15天,分别高于对照的26.3%、20.5%和79.0%;同时可显著降低新鲜茎瘤芥在贮藏期间的发芽率和腐烂率,起到延缓其衰老进程,提高贮藏品质的作用。 Tumorous stem mustard,packaged with plastic bag,was stored at(15±2) ℃ after fumigated with 0.05 % ethanol for 24 h.The effects of postharvest quality and preservation effect of fresh tumorous stem mustard with ethanol fumigation were investigated every three days in this experiment.The results indicated that,tumorous stem mustard fumigated with 0.05 % ethanol had a sigificant decrease in respiration rate compared with the control.Obviously,it was about 51.4 % lower than the control in the 9th day,which kept the high level of soluble solids,reducing sugar and soluble protein.However,in the 15th day,it was about 26.3 %,20.5 % and 79.0 % higher than the control in soluble solids,reducing sugar and soluble protein,respectively.Meanwhile,it also had an obvious effect on reducing germination percentage and decay rate,so that delayed the senescence process and improved the quality of fresh tumorous stem mustard.
