Auto-control of Rewinding and Arranging Carding Wire for High Speed Rolling Mill

用可编程序控制器（ＰＬＣ）控制步进电动机，可实现梳理齿条高速轧机的卷取排片自动控制。本文介绍了系统工作原理，硬件实现及软件编程方法。与传统的机械传动卷取排片机构相比，本系统具有排片精度高，适应性强，操作简单，稳定可靠等特点。

This paper introduces an auto-control system of rewinding and arranging carding wires for the high speed rolling mill adopting a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a stepping motor. describes the principle of system operation,the hardware construction and the basic software block diagram. The application results, compared with the traditional mechanical system, have shown that the system has many advantages, for example, high controlling precision, high adaptability, high reliability and easy operation etc.
