Achieving cardiovascular health in China:we should take overall balance to maitain sustainable development in acccount

心血管医学只有做到综合平衡的发展,才能做到健康可持续发展。心血管介入治疗的发展既要重视质量,又要适度合理地控制费用。目前中国迫切需要构建心血管疾病防控的三大体系。即全民健康促进和疾病预防体系,符合中国国情的心血管急救体系,从医院到家庭的连续关护体系。

In China, the overall balance should be addressed to maintain sustainable development of cardiovascular medicine. For percutaneous coronary intervention,we must focus on the outcomes of the physician＇s performance in improving the quality and cost-efficiency. Three important aspects in the prevention and control of cardiovascular disease should include population-based health promotion, acute care of cardiovascular disease in conformity with the national conditions,and hospital to home （H2H） national quality improvement initiative.
