肾功能不全患者冠心病的抗栓药物治疗

Antithrombotic therapy for coronary heart disease in patients with chronic renal insufficiency

慢性肾脏病常并发冠心病,需要积极治疗包括抗栓药物治疗,以减少心血管事件发生率及病死率。但是,肾功能不全患者出血风险增加,如果抗栓药物使用不当,即可诱发严重出血。文章将对肾功能不全时如何使用抗血小板药物、抗凝药物及纤溶药物作一讨论。

Coronary heart disease （CHD） is frequently complicated by chronic kidney disease. Treatment of CHD including antithrombotic therapy is often needed in this situation to reduce the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular events. Because bleeding risks are obviously increased in patients with renal insufficiency （RI） , incorrect use of antithrombotic medicines would induce severe bleeding. In this review,it will be discussed in detailed how to use the antiplatelet, anticoagulation and fibrolysis medicines in patients with RI.
