护士对连续整体护理模式体验的质性研究

Qualitative Research on Nurse's Real Experience during Continuous Holistic Nursing Model Reform

目的了解护士在连续整体护理模式实施过程中的身心体验,以便有针对性地为临床护士提供支持。方法采用目的抽样法,选择在某老年内科病房工作的15名护士作为研究对象,2010年8月和11月分别对她们进行2次半结构式深入访谈,现场录音,按现象学研究的方法整理分析资料。结果通过阅读、分析、反思、分类和提炼,得出4个主题:(1)实施初期睡眠规律被打乱,身体感觉疲劳;(2)工作压力减轻,安全感增强;(3)业余生活需要重新调整;(4)护士的职业价值感得到提升。结论连续整体护理模式的实施对护士的身心和专业知识是一个挑战。护理管理者应关注临床护士的切实感受,并提供针对性的支持,以促进连续整体护理模式的顺利展开,从而为患者提供优质服务。

Objective To understand the nurse＇s personal feeling of continuous holistic nursing model for providing specific supports for clinical nurses.Methods By means of conception sampling,15 nurses in the ward of the Department of Geriatric Medicine were selected as the subjects of this study.Semi-structural interviews were conducted twice with them with lively records in October and November 2010.Then the data were processed with the phenomenological research method.Results Through reading,analyzing,rethinking and classifying,4 points were obtained：（1）The nurses suffered from sleeping disorder and fatigues in the early period of the reform;（2）The work pressure decreased and the safe sensation increased;（3）The amateur life needed to be adjusted;（4）The nursing vocational self-esteem was promoted.Conclusion The continuous holistic nursing model is a challenge for nurses.The nursing managers should attach attention to the real feeling of clinical nurses and provide specific supports to conduct the continuous holistic nursing model for provideing quality services to patients.
