开展“优质护理服务示范工程”活动的效果分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Implementation of "High-quality Nursing Demonstration Project"

目的探讨"优质护理服务示范工程"的实施方法与效果。方法结合医院实际制定实施方案,从提高人员思想认识、修订完善各项工作制度、提升护理团队综合素质、改革护理工作模式、加强护理安全管理等方面着手,并比较活动前后患者满意度和临床护理质量的相关指标。结果实施"优质护理服务示范工程"活动后,临床护理服务质量及患者满意度均有显著提高,与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动,为患者提供了更为安全、优质、满意的护理服务,有利于和谐护患关系和全面提升临床护理服务质量及患者满意度,值得临床推广实施。

Objective To explore the implementation methods and effectiveness of ＂high-quality nursing demonstration project＂.Methods The execution program was established based on the hospital condition by enhancing awareness of staffs,revising working system,improving care quality,reforming work model and intensifying security management.Meanwhile,the changes of patients＇ satisfaction and clinical nursing quality were compared before and after the practice of this program.Results The patients＇ satisfaction and nursing quality were significantly improved through implementing ＂high-quality nursing demonstration project＂ compared with those before implementation of the project（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion The implementation of ＂high-quality nursing demonstration project＂ offers the patients with safe,high-quality and satisfying nursing service which helps to establish harmonious nurse-patient relationship,and to improve the clinical care quality and patients satisfaction.Therefore,this project deserves further clinical popularization.
