摘要
目的改良精密输液器排气方法,降低排气后及输液过程中的气泡产生率。方法采用自身对照研究法,根据单双日将2010年7-10月在呼吸科使用精密输液器输注尼可刹米的50例患者分为改良组和传统组,输液前采用不同方法进行排气,比较两组的排气效果。结果改良组累计排气94次,排气后气泡发生率为17.0%(16/94),输液中气泡发生率为12.8%(12/94);传统组累计排气92次,排气后气泡发生率为67.4%(62/92),输液中气泡发生率为54.3%(50/92)。改良组排气后(χ2=48.45)及输液过程中(χ2=36.18)的气泡发生率均高于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用改良法对精密输液器进行排气可有效防止气泡残留,不仅避免了护士重复调整而增加的工作量,而且因为减少了输液过程中的残存气体,保证了患者的输液安全,提高了患者的满意度。
Objective To improve the exhaust method for Exadrop precise infusion set so as to reduce the bubble generation rate.Methods From July to October 2010,50 respiratory patients with Exadrop precision infusion set were divided into traditional group and improvement group.Following the improved and traditional exhaust methods,the exhaust effects were compared between the two groups.Results In the improvement group,there were 94 times of total exhaust and the bubble rate after exhaust and the bubble rate during infusion were 12.8%(12/94) and 12.8%(12/94) respectively.In the traditional group,there were 92 times of total exhaust and the bubble rate after exhaust and the bubble rate during infusion were 67.4%(62/92) and 54.3%(50/92) respectively.The bubble rate after exhaust(χ2=24.22) and the bubble rate during infusion(χ2=18.09) in the improvement group were significantly higher than those of the traditional group(P0.01).Conclusion The improved exhaust method of precision infusion set can effectively eliminate residual bubbles,avoid the increased nursing workload due to repeated adjustments,reduce the residual gas during infusion,ensure the safety of patients and increase the patients' satisfaction.
