特布他林、氨茶碱对脂多糖诱导的A549细胞分泌IL-6和IL-8的影响

Effects of Terbutaline and Aminophylline on the Secretions of IL-6 and IL-8 in LPS-induced A549 Cells

目的探讨特布他林、氨茶碱对脂多糖诱导的A549细胞分泌白介素(IL)-6、IL-8的影响。方法培养A549细胞,对脂多糖诱导的A549细胞给予不同浓度特布他林、氨茶碱干预,采用放射免疫法检测IL-6、IL-8浓度。结果特布他林、氨茶碱抑制脂多糖诱导的A549细胞分泌IL-6、IL-8,且存在浓度依赖关系。结论特布他林、氨茶碱均可以通过抑制脂多糖诱导的A549细胞对IL-6、IL-8的分泌起到一定的抗炎作用。

Objective To investigate the effective secretions of IL-6 and IL-8 on LPS-induced A549 cells by terbutaline and aminophylline.Methods The cultured supernatants of LPS-induced A549 cells treated with different doses of terbutaline and aminophylline were collected to detect the concentrations of IL-6 and IL-8 by radio immunoassay（RIA）.Results Terbutaline and aminophylline significantly inhibited the secretions of IL-6 and IL-8 in LPS-induced A549 cells with concentration-dependent manner.Conclusion Terbutaline and aminophylline have anti-inflammatory effect by inhibiting IL-6 and IL-8 secretions in LPS-induced A549 cells.
