摘要
目的探讨放射性肺损伤初期Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胶原的变化及氨溴索对放射性肺损伤的治疗作用。方法雌性SD大鼠46只随机分为正常对照组C,照射组R和治疗组M。照射组和治疗组给予直线加速器照射,照射剂量单次20 Gy/min,照射组于照射后当天给予生理盐水腹腔内注射,治疗组于照射后当天给予氨溴索20 mg/kg/d,直至实验结束。于照射后1、2、3、4 d取大鼠血清及肺灌洗液放免法测定Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胶原,数据用组间t检验。结果照射后R组2、3、4 d血清Ⅲ型胶原较C组显著升高(P<0.01)。M组较同期R组变化显著(P<0.01)。肺灌洗液中Ⅲ/Ⅳ型胶原三组之间无明显差异。结论放射性肺损伤初期血清Ⅲ型胶原增高,并受氨溴索的影响。
Objective To explore change of Ⅲ,Ⅳ collagen fibers in early stage of radiation-induced lung injury in rats and the efficacy of ambroxol to its.Methods 46 SD female rats were randomly divided into control(C group),radiational injury group(R group) and treatment group after radiational injury(M group).Ambroxol was given to rats in treatment groups at a dose of 20 mg/kg-per day by injection into belly from seven days before radiation until the end of the experiment,The rats in other groups were injection into belly with the same amount of saline.Rats in R group and M group were exposed to thoracic radiation at a dose of 20 Gy by linear accelerator.Collagen Ⅲ,collagen Ⅳ in rat blood serum and in alveolar lavage were measured by radioimmunoassay in the day of 1,2,3,4 after radiation.The data were analyzed by student's t test.Results The amount of collagen Ⅲ fibers in blood serum from rats of R group increased significantly compared to C group on day 2,3,4(P〈0.01).The change was obviously in M group compared to R group(P〈0.01).Collagen Ⅲ and Ⅳ fibers in alveolar lavage was no difference among three groups.Conclusions Collagen Ⅲ fibers in blood serum increased in the early stage after the lung was radiated.Ambroxol can influence the change of collagen Ⅲ fibers in blood serum.
