摘要 目的探讨造血细胞激酶(Hck)基因多态性与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)易感性的相互关系。方法 PCR法分析120例汉族COPD患者(COPD组)和100例汉族正常人(对照组)Hck 8,656-insertion(I)/deletion(D)的基因多态性。结果 COPD组与对照组均存在Hck 8,656-I/D基因多态性,两组间的基因型频率分布为8,656-I/D(38.3%,34%),8,656-I/I(1.7%,5%),8,656-D/D(60%,61%);等位基因频率分布为8,656-D(79.2%,78%),8,656-I(20.8%,22%),各组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论我国汉族人群中存在Hck 8,656-I/D基因多态性,但这种基因多态性可能不是我国汉族COPD的遗传易感因素。 Objective To investigate the relationship between hematopoietic cell kinase(Hck) gene polymorphism and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) susceptibility.Methods PCR assay was used to analyze the Hck 8,656-insertion(I)/deletion(D)gene polymorphism between 120 COPD cases and 100 healthy controls from a Chinese Han population.Results The Hck 8,656-I/D gene polymorphism was found in both COPD and control groups,with the distribution of genotype frequency 8,656-I/D(38.3%,34%),8,656-I/I(1.7%,5%),8,656-D/D(60%,61%),and allele frequency 8,656-D(79.2%,78%),8,656-I(20.8%,22%) in COPD and control groups respectively.However,no significant difference was revealed among different groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion There is no association of the Hck 8,656-I/D gene polymorphism with COPD susceptibility in a Chinese Han population.
