On Causes and Repairing Methods of abrasion for Main and Profiled Shafts in Crankshaft Lathe(SS-10B)

曲轴连杆颈车床(SS-10B)是加工曲轴的主要设备,主要承担汽油机曲轴加工,属精密大型设备。该设备已使用十多年,靠模轴磨损较为严重,已影响到产品的加工质量,本文从靠模轴磨损原因分析、修复方法及预防措施等方面入手,达到恢复靠模轴精度,延长使用寿命的目的。

As a sophisticated large-scale facility,crankshaft connecting rod journal lathe（SS-10B） is the main equipment for processing the crankshaft,which is mainly used in the gasoline engine crankshaft manufacturing.Having been used for more than a decade,the abrasion of profiled shaft has affected the processing quality of products.This paper mainly analyzed the causes to the abrasion of profiled shaft and its repairing methods and preventive measures as well as,for the purpose of restoring the profiled shaft precision and extending its service lifetime.
