摘要 该文综述了重症联合免疫缺陷(severe comb ined immunodefic iency,SC ID)系列小鼠-人白血病模型的建立以及这些模型在评价白血病细胞系生物性质,临床治疗方案的研究,白血病预后判断等方面的应用价值,该模型是白血病深入研究的重要工具。 In this article,the establishment of series of SCID mouse-human leukemia model,application in the evaluation of biological properties of leukemia cell lines,clinical research programs and leukemia prognosis are reviewed.These models are important tools in the study of leukemia.
