摘要
目的探讨哮喘大鼠IL-4、IL-10、IFNγ-水平以及布地奈德的干预作用。方法将30只W istar大鼠随机分组(n=10):模型组(A组)采用卵白蛋白致敏与激发;空白对照组(C组),以生理盐水代替OVA;布地奈德组(B组),第六次诱发哮喘结束后30 m in采用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入2周。模型组和空白对照组以等量生理盐水代替。检测细胞因子IL-4、IL-10、IFNγ-的水平。结果 A组大鼠单核细胞培养上清中IL-4的水平明显高于C组(P<0.05),IL-10、IFNγ-水平明显低于C组(P<0.05);B组大鼠单个核细胞培养上清中IL-4的水平明显低于A组(P<0.05),IL-10、IFNγ-水平明显高于A组(P<0.05)。结论细胞因子IL-4、IL-10、IFNγ-参与哮喘发病的病理生理过程,吸入布地奈德能够有效改善Th1/Th2动态平衡,减轻哮喘的发作。
Aim To explore the effects of budesonide inhalation on IL-4,IL-10,IFN-γ level in asthma rats.Methods 30 Wistar rats wre randomly divided into three groups with 10 rats each group:the asthma group(A group,allergized and stimulated by OVA),the budesonide group(B group,treated with budesonide inhalation)and the control group(C group,substituted NS for OVA and budesonide inhalation).The level of IL-4,IL-10,IFN-γ were examined by Elisa Kit.Results Compared with C group,the level of IL-4 in A group rats was significantly high(P0.05),the levels of IL-10,IFN-γ were significantly low(P0.05).Compared with A group,the level of IL-4 in B group rats was significantly low(P0.05),the levels of IL-10,IFN-γ were significantly high(P0.05).Conclusion IL-4,IL-10,IFN-γ were involved in asthma's pathophysiological process.Budesonide inhalation can attenuate asthma seizure through improving dynamic equilibrium between Th1 and Th2.
