摘要
目的考察注射用甲磺酸帕珠沙星、盐酸加替沙星注射液分别与5%转化糖注射液配伍的稳定性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法在室温(20±1)℃下,将两种注射用抗生素分别与5%转化糖注射液配伍,在8 h内,观察各配伍溶液的pH和外观变化,并采用HPLC法测定各配伍溶液中主药成分的相对含量。结果 8 h内,甲磺酸帕珠沙星、盐酸加替沙星与5%转化糖注射液配伍后,pH、外观和相对含量均无明显变化。结论在室温(20±1)℃条件下、8 h内,注射用甲磺酸帕珠沙星和盐酸加替沙星注射液分别与5%转化糖注射液的配伍液稳定。
Aim To study the stability of pazufloxacin mesilate for injection and gatifloxacin hydrochloride for injection respectively in 5% invert sugar injection in order to supply evidence of clinical rational administration.Methods The changes of pH values and external appearances of the two antibiotics were observed after mixed with 5% invert sugar injection respectively and their relative contents were determined by HPLC within 8h after mixing at ambient temperature(20±1)℃.Results No significant changes were noted in the relative contents,appearance and pH values of pazufloxacin mesilate and gatifloxacin hydrochloride with 5% invert sugar injection within 8 h.Conclusion The two kinds of mixed solution were stable at ambient temperature(20±1)℃within 8 h.
