舒筋活血片质量标准研究

Improving quality of Shujin Huoxue tablets

目的提高舒筋活血片的质量标准。方法分别用香加皮、香附和槲寄生对照药材和4甲-氧基水杨醛、α-香附酮、芒柄花素、原儿茶酸对照品做对照,采用薄层色谱法对处方中香加皮、香附、鸡血藤、槲寄生和狗脊进行定性鉴别。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论薄层色谱法简单、易行,专属性强,重现性好,可作为控制该制剂的质量标准。

Aim To improve the quality stand and of Shujin Huoxue tablets.Methods Periplocae cortex,cyperi rhizome,visci herba hydnocarpi anthelminticae and 4-methoxysalicylaldehyde,α-cyperone,formononetin,protocatechuic acid products were used for comparison,and were determined qualitatively by TLC.Results The tincture flecks appeared clearly on the TLC chart and there was no disturbance compared with excipient.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and highly specific with good repeatability,which can be used for quality control of Shujin Huoxue tablets.
