摘要
目的考察市售木瓜饮片质量,为制订木瓜饮片质量标准提供参考资料。方法根据中国药典法测定水分含量,采用电位法测定饮片酸度和水溶性总有机酸;采用反相高效液相色谱方法测定齐墩果酸与熊果酸含量。结果 15批木瓜饮片含水量在11.19%~15.12%之间,pH值在3.12~3.55之间,水溶性总有机酸含量在2.55%~10.20%之间,齐墩果酸和熊果酸总含量在0.462%~0.949%之间。结论不同企业生产的木瓜饮片质量上存在一定差异,建议尽快完善木瓜饮片质量标准。
Aim To provide the meaningful reference for the quality criteria of prepared slices of Fructus Chaenomelis through quality analysis of the samples from the market.Methods The experiments were performed according to Chinese Pharmacopeia 2010 edition and reported articles.Results 15 batches of samples were tested.The content of water and total water-soluble organic acids were in the range of 11.19%~15.12% and 2.55%~10.20%,respectively.pH value was in the range of 3.12~3.55.The total content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid was in the range of 0.462%~0.949%.Conclusion There are differences in the quality of prepared slices of Fructus Chaenomelis from different medicine enterprise.The quality standard of the prepared slices are to be developed.
